| Format: 72 holes. The first, second and third rounds will be played on all three courses with each player playing each course once. The final round will be played at Cleveland Heights Golf Course. A reduction in the field will take place following the third round. |

Exempt and non-exempt status has been determined and is listed under Final Results. Players who have earned Category 11 membership with the LPGA are not eligible to play on the Duramed FUTURES Tour in 2009. |
